Northern Valley Harm Reduction Coalition (NVHRC) is a 501(c)(30) nonprofit committed to reducing harm and providing evidence-based education, advocacy, and direct services to all community members within Butte and the surrounding counties. NVHRC recognizes that to implement holistic and effective change, we must reach our community members with a participant-centered approach.
